Be Equitable
A consulting firm specializing in advancing workplace equity, diversity, and inclusion across a variety of sectors.
Who we are
Be Equitable, originally known as Cook Ross, is a mid-sized consulting firm focused on Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility (IDEA).
With over 30 years of experience, we support organizations globally across corporate, healthcare, education, and non-profit sectors. Our team, comprising diverse professionals, embodies the transformative power of equity and inclusion in every aspect of our work.
Our approach goes beyond conventional training to deliver profound, systemic change, supporting organizations at every step from initial assessment to strategy implementation. Our rebrand from Cook Ross to Be Equitable in 2022 marked a renewed commitment to address and embed IDEA into the core of organizational practices.
