Advanced RV (ARV) crafts custom, innovative motorhomes based on Mercedes-Benz Sprinter chassis, emphasizing elegance and practicality.
Founded in 2012 by Mike Neundorfer, ARV has grown into a respected name in the custom motorhome industry. From its inception, the company aimed to blend adventure with technical and aesthetic innovation. Operating from an 85,000 sq. ft facility in Cleveland, Ohio, ARV boasts a diverse team of about 50 skilled engineers, designers, craftspeople, and support staff. We are committed to a supportive work culture, offering a healthy work/life balance and maintaining a tight-knit community atmosphere.
