Salary: Circa £28,000 dependent upon experience, plus 8% bonus up to 16%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, career breaks, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more.

The role
You will onboard large Workplace Pension schemes onto our platform, providing the best service possible and ensuring that all new schemes are established accurately, reflecting the client's requirements. You will also be responsible for inbound and outbound contact from customers or intermediaries ensuring the best possible customer experience.
You will play a key role in the successful implementation of new schemes, with responsibility for establishing scheme on our platform, delivery of client requirements, stakeholder management and building strong relationships with new clients.
What We’re Looking For
- Financial services knowledge, preferably in workplace pensions along with experience of working with external financial advisers and clients
- Great communication skills, being able listen and understand what is being asked and being able to deliver the answer both verbally and written
- Be able to organise, multi-task and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines in a team environment to explain
