We have an incredible opportunity to join us here at Phoenix Group as a With-Profits Senior Analyst to join our With-Profits Communications and Governance team

The role

You will be involved in maintaining and providing specialist oversight for with-profits customer communications. You will have the opportunity to apply judgement to navigate a path to fair, clear and engaging communications.

You will also contribute to maintaining the key regulatory documents governing the operation of the with-profits funds, reporting on the company’s compliance with them and providing support colleagues across the whole business on with-profits issues.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with a technical actuarial audience and be able to simplify the communications of technical issues to a non-technical audience, particularly for our customers.
• With-profits experience with a focus on the communication of complex with-profits ideas in a clear, accessible way.
• Be motivated to work as part of a highly collaborative team to deliver high quality support on with-profits topics.
• Have a clear focus on delivery and be able to contribute across a variety of business as usual and project tasks ensuring that our communications are engaging, and help customers make the right decisions.
• Be able balance business demands, issues and risks by applying sound judgement in complex scenarios, often where there isn’t an obvious answer.
