Job Description
Weglot is seeking its next two Web Engineer - Technical Support interns for July/August 2026.
Do you want to explore new technologies and are you able to quickly master new concepts to apply them to problem-solving? Do you have strong critical thinking and are unafraid of challenges? This internship is for you!
As a Web Engineer - Technical Support intern, you will join our Support team of around twenty people, managed by Christophe (VP Support). Your mentors within the team will be Alexis and Guillaume.
You will communicate daily (in writing) with our users to help them integrate and use Weglot on their website.
You will be responsible for:
- Being the first point of contact for our clients worldwide who write to us by email (80% of the time in English)
- Designing and providing solutions to users’ daily questions and issues related to Weglot: these may include technical problems, product information, or billing modes
- Developing and maintaining good relationships with our users to ensure our service satisfaction
- Proposing ideas to improve our interaction with users and make their experience the best possible
- Working with the product team and relaying user needs
- Contributing to a side project that improves support management and allows you to develop new skills
Profile sought
- You have strong mastery of HTML5/CSS3
- Knowledge of JavaScript/PHP is a plus
- You have a strong sense of empathy, the ability to understand customer needs and their reasoning
- You are efficient and manage your time with a good sense of priorities
- You are rigorous and punctual, someone others can rely on
- You are autonomous, proactive, dynamic, and enterprising, and wish to grow in a start-up environment
- You have a good written level of English: professional level (B2/C1)
- You are available for a 6-month internship starting in July or August 2026
