This is a remote position.
Hours: 25 hours per week, 12 PM to 5 PM Eastern Time (12:00 AM to 5:00 AM PHT)
Scope:
- Part-time position, 25 hours per week, with the potential for long-term engagement based on performance.
- Flexible remote work environment, with working hours from 12 PM to 5 PM Eastern Time.
- Regular communication and collaboration with the internal team through asynchronous updates and virtual meetings.
This role offers the chance to contribute to diverse and innovative design projects, working with a highly collaborative team in a flexible, remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Design visually compelling and effective sales decks to support the sales and marketing teams.
- Create various marketing materials, including brochures, email templates, banners, and other promotional assets.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and design teams to understand project requirements and ensure designs align with overall strategies and brand identity.
- Ensure all designs maintain consistency with the company’s branding and adhere to high-quality standards.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Design eCommerce mockups that integrate custom components seamlessly into clients' websites, incorporating brand colors, radius, button styles, and other brand-specific elements.
- Follow established best practices and guidelines for eCommerce design and component integration as directed by the Design Lead.
- Use approved design system components to maintain consistency and quality across all deliverables.
- Collaborate with the Design Lead for feedback and mockup approvals to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Review all designs for accessibility compliance, ensuring the use of accessible brand colors and elements.
- Create social media assets for brands while maintaining visual consistency with overall branding.
- Maintain proactive, ongoing communication with the team through asynchronous updates and feedback.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in website/UI design
- Proficiency in design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks across multiple projects.
- Familiarity with current design trends, best practices for eCommerce design, and component integration.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant design work, with a focus on marketing and eCommerce design.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards in design is a plus.
