What you will do
You will lead our expansion and revenue growth across the EMEA region. This role is critical as we scale our presence and deepen our relationships within key markets in Financial Services - Insurance & Banking.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the EMEA sales strategy aligned with global revenue goals.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a regional sales team across key markets within EMEA.
- Drive new business growth while nurturing strategic accounts and partnerships.
- Establish and optimize sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting.
- Collaborate with Partnerships, Marketing, Product, Client Success, and other teams to align on go-to-market strategy.
- Represent the company at key industry events, customer meetings, and partner engagements.
- Report on regional performance, opportunities, risks, and market insights.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent to support ongoing expansion.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements
- At least 18 years of progressive experience in sales roles with a track record of growth in leadership positions; or equivalent amount of combined education and experience.
- Experience in a startup (preferred) or a high-growth environment, preferably within a technology or SaaS company,
- Deep understanding of the EMEA market landscape and cultural nuances.
- Demonstrated success in scaling sales operations and exceeding growth targets.
- Experience selling into enterprise-level accounts, preferably within Financial Services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
