JOB TITLE: Part TimeVirtual Assistant
RATE: Php 238.10 per hour
Work Type: Remote|Part Time 10 Hrs per week
Working Hours : Flexible within 10am-6pm PST timeframe
Start Date: ASAP
JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
We’re looking for someone who can come look at what we have, make recommendations, and execute a targeted plan for a short duration project. We would like this person to be able to lead a conversation about our challenges and needs, help us refine the scope of work for this project, as well as execute on communication and follow up independently.
Email Management:
- Monitor, prioritize, and respond to incoming emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and categorize emails for efficient retrieval and follow-up.
- Draft, proofread, and send out emails based on company guidelines and objectives.
Communication Support:
- Facilitate internal and external communications, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Coordinate with team members to gather information needed for effective communication.
- Maintain a professional tone and address inquiries or issues promptly.
Social Media Assistance:
- Support the social media team in creating and scheduling posts across various platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement and respond to comments or messages as needed.
- Assist in developing content ideas and strategies for social media campaigns
Sales/Marketing Support:
- Help with the execution of marketing campaigns by preparing materials and managing schedules.
- Assist in tracking marketing metrics and compiling reports on campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
- Manage leads, sales follow up, account management,re-engagement and creating proposal
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must Have:
- Sales Experience: LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience
- Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Someone who can assess the current situation, provide recommendations, and execute a targeted plan.
- Email & Account Management
- Experience in administrative support, with a strong focus on email and communication tasks.
- Cyber Security / Data Privacy experience or passion
- Gmail
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in email management tools, and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities, with experience in managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Social Media Knowledge: Basic understanding of social media trends and best practices.
