JOB TITLE: Virtual Assistant (WFH/Remote)

OFFER RATE: PHP 187.50 per hour (Part-time)

Working Hours: TBD (usually US hrs | Night shift)

Start Date: TBD

Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Enter Returns for service (RMA's) in NetSuite
  • Create customer accounts in NetSuite when needed, update customer accounts with new information when presented
  • Create information Cases in NetSuite
  • Create invoice if necessary
  • Follow up on RMA's not received back
  • Follow up on payments for completed service
  • Follow up on Loaner units
  • Export reports from NetSuite, unitize Excel to present information
  • Complete tasks and Forms in WRIKE
  • Possible order entry
  • Customer communication via email.
  • Interact with the company's staff via emails.

Job Requirements:

  • Prior Virtual Assistance experience
  • Basic computer knowledge with MS Office applications such as Excel and Outlook , NetSuite, Wrike
  • Customer Support experience
  • Expectations for the role:
  • Be able to be on time for their shift
  • Be able to login at least 15 minutes early to set up the computer and system and be ready to work at scheduled time.
  • Be able to communicate in English at a professional level with customers via emails
