We’re looking for an exceptional Partnerships Manager to join Nexton!

At Nexton, we match top-tier LATAM engineers with venture-backed US start-ups.

As a Partnerships Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing relationships with Venture Capital Funds, Accelerators, and their portfolio companies to increase the adoption of Nexton’s solutions and make building teams in Latin America more accessible to the Technology Ecosystem.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Account Management teams, and report directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement and manage the VC and startup partnerships program.

  • Identify and build partnerships with VC partners, which include Venture Capital Funds and Accelerators/Incubators.

  • Nurture partner relationships to generate interest in Nexton across their portfolio companies through a variety of activities, including organizing office hours, events and finding ways to bring value to founders in their communities.

  • Assist in building a winning value proposition with the identified partners to support their startup community and onboard their startups to our platform.

  • Continuously engage the network of VC partners and their portfolio companies through joint events and marketing.

  • Be the primary point of contact for our VC partners to resolve any issues.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand startup requirements and improve the VC/startup partnership program.

  • Drive sales and acquisition of startups through our VC and startup partnerships.

  • Track, report, and review the performance of the VC partnerships program to the management.

Requirements

  • 3 years of working experience in partnerships with startups, VC Funds, accelerator programs, or relevant channel management.

  • Deep experience in a customer or partner-facing role, with a track record of top performance.

  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

  • A passion for technology, start-ups, and supporting other businesses as they grow.

  • Keen to work in a fast-paced environment while dealing with ambiguity.

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience explaining business concepts and giving presentations.

  • Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
