It is looking for new qualified profiles who want to face demanding and challenging career path with the following requirements:
Scope and Purpose
- Promote business development from new and existing clients, and develop new revenue streams and ensure the achievement of the financial target for trade and cash services
- Work with relevant teams reporting in to identify and originate new trade deals in UK
- Cooperate closely with relationship managers for business generation and strategy, annual plan, key account plans, prospect generation and increase portfolio of clients thus maximizing commercial profitability
- Cooperate and support the different structures of the branch to ensure a smooth handling of the Trade Finance (i.e.: actively participating text/contracts elaboration and negotiation of standby, LC’S, guarantees, etc.) and safeguard the necessary technical/specialist support during the origination, sales, onboarding phases as well as managing post-sale requests for trade finance
- Uphold an awareness of competitor’s products and pricing, including new trends, platforms and developments in the Trade Finance industry
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand their trade finance challenges, gather feedback on existing products, and identify opportunities for new solutions to meet client needs
- Shape reciprocity between Trade Finance & Cash Management for selected corporates to enable a cross sell of GTB products
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and ensure that trade finance products comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Generate business reports and coordinate across all the stake holders
Required Experience
3-5 years of relevant experience in Trade Finance in regional or international banks
Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge
- Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Commerce, or a related discipline
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and other analytical tools
- Proactive, team player, interpersonal skills and result oriented
- First-hand and deep knowledge on Trade Finance products (i.e. LC’s including discounting, guarantees, export/import loans, etc.). Trade finance products price sensitivity, understanding of credit risk analysis and international trade regulations
- Highly accomplished in sales, lead generation and managing an active portfolio of Corporate Clients
