Scope and Purpose
- Monitor the processing of all Letter of Credit and Documentary Collection items to ensure processing is done in an efficient and timely manner
- Ensure the department adheres to internal procedures, industry standards and regulations governing Letter of Credit and Documentary Collections, including BSA/AML/OFAC rules and regulations, Anti-Boycott Regulations, KYC policies and procedures.
- Manage billing and reconciliation processes, including escalations
- Facilitate the deployment of new systems and upgrades, operating procedures
- Administer associated projects as assigned.
Required Experience
Minimum 7 years of experience.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge
- Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of lncoterms, current ICC Uniform Customs & Practice (UCP522, UCP600) and ISP98.
- Detailed knowledge of BSA/AML/OFAC rules and regulations (including Anti-Boycott), KYC policies and procedures.
- Understanding of Banks policies and procedures and control environment.
- Remarkable customer service expertise
- PC literate with good knowledge of Word, Excel and SWIFT as well as the Bank’s internal processing systems
- Good knowledge of banking accounting practices for each product
The salary range for this position is 95k - 135k $
