Job Description
The person in this position will participate in the development and administration of the company's total rewards programs (compensation, benefits, non-monetary compensation, etc.). They must be able to operate and identify solutions and improvements in processes, inform employees and advise managers and HR teams on Ubisoft practices within their areas of expertise.
What you will do
- Master the job structure.
- Identify strategic issues related to total rewards processes.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of service providers, programs and processes related to total rewards and recommend corrective actions when appropriate.
- Participate in the development of compensation communication tools and programs, inform employees and advise managers on Ubisoft practices within their areas of expertise.
- Provide, if relevant, recommendations and proceed with the implementation, communication and administration of policies, guidelines, programs and processes supporting the company's total rewards strategy.
- Conduct market studies, statistical analyses and other types of research necessary for the management and development of total rewards.
- Develop and deliver total rewards training content to employees, managers and members of the HR team.
- Administer bonus programs, the stock option program and the salary review program.
Qualifications
What you bring to the team
- Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, business administration, industrial relations, human resources or other relevant training
- At least 5 years of experience in total rewards
- Mathematical and statistical skills and a strong interest in Excel
- Good methodological rigor
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to provide high-quality customer service
- Ability to manage multiple files at once
- Autonomy
- Comfortable reporting to members at all management levels of the organization and with external resources
- Excellent knowledge of French and English (spoken and written)
