Salary £12p/h (20 hours per week) - £12,480 pro rata

Reporting To Business Development Manager

Location Remote Working, with 3-4 company wide meet ups per year at various locations across the UK.

Hours 20 hours per week (ideally worked 4 hours a day, 5 days per week but flexible for the right candidate)

The Role

Our Telemarketer will be responsible for researching Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), identifying decision-makers within targeted businesses, and gathering essential information such as business size and best contact details. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate through conversations to extract relevant information.

Essential Attributes


  • Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar outbound calling role.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to analyse data and identify key trends.


  • A- C Grades (or equivalent) in Maths and English GCSE
