JOB OVERVIEW:

The Appointment Setter will handle outbound calls to invite prospects to conference activities, including breakfast meetings, booth visits, and presentation sessions. The role includes reminder calls, follow-up calls to book demo slots, and cold calling non-responding leads to drive engagement and attendance.

JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and cold calls to prospective and non-responding leads.
• Invite prospects to conference breakfasts, booth visits, and presentation sessions.
• Conduct reminder calls prior to scheduled breakfast meetings and sessions.
• Follow up with interest leads to book demo appointments and time slots.
• Maintain accurate call notes, appointment details, and follow-up status in the CRM
• Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize attendance and conversion

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in outbound calling, cold calling, or appointment setting
• Female candidate preferred by the client
• Excellent command of spoken English with a neutral to American accent
• Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
• High level of sales acumen with the ability to engage and persuade prospects
• Coachable, highly trainable, and open to feedback
• Comfortable inviting prospects to events, sessions, and demo appointments
• Confident in re-engaging non-responding leads through follow-up calls
• Familiar with CRM systems, dialers, and scheduling tools
• Strong organizational skills to manage reminders, follow-ups, and bookings
• Ability to work independently and meet outreach targets
• Willingness to work flexible or U.S. business hours
• Reliable internet connection, headset, and quiet work environment
