Your territory

As part of our Customer Happiness team, you will:

  • Investigate and resolve complex technical challenges
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Contribute to impactful projects and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
  • Proactively identify and implement improvements to existing processes
  • Bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the table
  • Collaborate closely with other agents during onboarding and upskilling
  • Share knowledge and expertise with the team
  • Maintain and update onboarding materials and resources
  • Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
  • Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level

Your profile

Key requirements:

  • Ideally, experience with devices that use GPS and cell network to function
  • Experience with and knowledge of Apps and digital tools
  • Experience in customer service and preferably experience with ticket systems and/or Confluence
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly
  • Strong analytical skills and great attention to detail
  • Very good English skills
  • Valid Austrian work permit or current enrollment at an Austrian university/FH

Salary range Just so you know what to expect: For this position, we offer a competitive overpayment based on qualification and experience. Austrian law requires us to state the minimum gross salary according to collective agreement, which is €28,369 per year on a full-time basis. At Tractive, that means a 4-day workweek with a 3-day weekend.

Our Vacation Policy

We offer 25 days PTO, plus public holidays (15 in Austria) plus 6 "Balancing days" for over-hours accumulated throughout the year
