Salary conditions: 2,000 EUR per month. We offer a salary discussion starting at this amount. The final salary level depends on professional qualification and experience.

Purpose and job description: Your tasks in the position of Team Leader will include:

  • Coordination of sales and service activities to effectively sell products and services to clients.
  • Selling banking products, services, and third-party products.
  • Providing information and advice to clients in order to maximize the bank’s revenue.
  • Financial mediation of products and services from the portfolio of subsidiaries and contractual partners.
  • Ensuring the fulfillment of the branch’s business and financial plan.
  • Mentoring and coaching newly hired employees and continuously supporting the branch sales team.
  • Ad hoc reporting.

Required experience: The position is suitable for candidates with:

  • Secondary education with a maturity exam.
  • Experience in the position or field.

  • Excellent written and oral expression in Slovak.
  • Strong client orientation.

  • Ability to make decisions and take responsibility.
  • PC skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

It is an advantage if you have:

  • University education.
  • Knowledge of English.
  • Knowledge of banking products and processes.
  • Experience in team management and employee development.
