What you'll be doing

As a Bedrock Learning Teaching and Learning Consultant, your role will be crucial in analysing your schools' data to build an impactful customer support strategy. You'll take the time to get to know the details of the culture and structure of the schools you serve, ensuring that your training and support are tailored for maximum impact.

Your customer insights and innovative suggestions will be vital in contributing to the development of our products. By continuously sharing your findings with the product department, you'll help refine and improve our offerings, delivering enduring value for the schools we serve.

Every single day, you'll be planning, adapting, reflecting, learning, teaching, sharing and building upon your wealth of knowledge and experience. We encourage you to stay up-to-date and to explore the latest educational thinking to ensure that you can maximize our impact.

Building meaningful relationships with educational thinkers and school leaders will be an essential part of your role. We have a hybrid remote working policy. Some of us work from our offices in Norwich and Cambridge (UK). Whereas other members of our team work 100% remotely from within the UK.
