🌟 Join Our Team as a Redeployment Manager! 🌟

The Redeployment Team exclusively handles Role Clarity contracts within bands 1-7. They are responsible for manging, delivering and developing the National Talent Redeployment service for colleagues who are at risk of redundancy or who are unable to perform in their role due to ill health. They’re here to make transitions smoother and minimise redundancies.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Redeployment Manager to join our busy team. In this role you will manage a team of two, ensuring team objectives are met and you’ll be responsible for the service delivery for the Redeployment team. No two days are the same, as you will provide specialist advice to complex queries, build and manage stakeholder relationships, seek out knowledge from internal and external partners, simplify policies and best practice and ensure the smooth running of the Redeployment Service whilst looking at ways to improve this.

We’re looking for someone who has worked in a complex, fast-paced, customer facing role, ideally within a HR/Resourcing background.

As the Redeployment Manager you’ll be able to;

Team Leadership: Lead and inspire the to deliver top-notch redeployment and career support services in alignment with established policies, procedures, and key performance indicators.

Communication and Engagement: Take the lead in communication and engagement activities to enhance line managers' understanding of their responsibilities within the redeployment policy, collaborating with local HR and resourcing teams.

Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement by enhancing the toolkit and training programs for redeployees, supporting them in securing future roles.

Collaboration: Partner with HR and resourcing across the regions/functions to provide a service aligned with business needs and recruitment activity.

Relationship Building: build and develop partnerships with external customers and suppliers across the industry to expand redeployment opportunities.

 

Essential Criteria:

·       Knowledge of redeployment policy, procedures, and key performance indicators.

·       Recruitment and selection delivery experience at an operational level.

·       Strong problem-solving and project management skills.

·       Demonstrable experience in applying continuous improvement methodologies

·       IT literacy and experience with applicant tracking systems.

·       Team management experience

·       Experience of working in a Customer-focused role is key

·       Ability to coach and mentor the team to achieve success and deliver excellent results.
