Talent Acquisition Specialist - ERP
Location: India (Remote)
Job Type: Full time
Working Hours: 9 am- 5 pm EST
Working Days: Monday - Thursday
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute robust talent acquisition strategies, with a specific focus on hiring ERP talent within the US, ideally Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, Salesforce, and workday technologies.
- Identify and leverage the most effective recruitment channels, encompassing job boards, sourcing platforms, and referral programs.
- Utilize advanced search tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and platforms like Jobdiva to source and engage high-caliber ERP talent.
- Collaborate with the talent acquisition team, ensuring to excel in recruiting for all open positions.
- Collaborate closely with clients to gain deep insights into their ERP staffing requirements.
- Oversee the entire recruitment life cycle for ERP talent, from candidate sourcing to successful onboarding.
Job Specifications:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in hiring for ERP talent, focused on US hiring.
- Proficiency in search tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and platforms like Jobdiva.
Skills Required :
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
- Demonstrated success in meeting recruitment targets and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is a requirement; a master's degree is preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of 3+ years of successful talent acquisition/Recruiting experience within the staffing or recruitment industry or ERP System Integrators, focused on ERP Talent hiring.
