Job Description:

The IT department at Ubisoft is seeking a Systems Administrator who will provide second-level support for all Ubisoft employees and partners. As a Systems Administrator within the Command Center/Technical Support Analyst team, you will be responsible for tracking incidents and user requests. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about customer service, learning new technologies, and coordinating across teams. You will be a key player in ensuring solid and positive communication between various IT teams, Ubisoft employees, and our partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues, requests, and incidents of varying complexity.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and facilitate resolution of priority incidents by engaging different support groups.
  • Escalate support requests to administrators according to priorities and support needs.
  • Inform users of the status of their requests and follow operational standards in line with service level objectives (SLOs).
  • Provide prompt and courteous responses to internal contacts (calls, emails, internal messaging).
  • Maintain a high level of service and follow up with internal users to ensure their satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience supporting various IT technologies.
  • Knowledge of Windows servers, Active Directory & Azure, and Linux servers.
  • Knowledge of networking and infrastructure technologies (firewalls, proxy, DNS).
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow; other ticketing systems and a basic understanding of ITIL concepts.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to quickly adapt and learn in a constantly evolving IT environment; demonstrate enthusiasm and curiosity for new technologies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; customer service experience and ability to communicate complex information to various stakeholders.
