Position Description

Ubisoft’s IT department is seeking a System Administrator to provide second-level support for all Ubisoft employees and partners. As a System Administrator within the Command Center/Technical Support Analyst team, you will be responsible for monitoring user incidents and requests.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about customer service, eager to learn new technologies, and adept at cross-team coordination. You will be a key player in ensuring strong, positive communication between IT teams, Ubisoft staff, and our partners.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues, requests, and incidents of varying complexity.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and facilitate resolution of high-priority incidents by mobilizing different support groups.
  • Escalate support requests to administrators based on priorities and support needs.
  • Keep users informed of the status of their requests and adhere to operational standards in line with service level objectives (SLOs).
  • Provide prompt and courteous responses to internal contacts (calls, emails, internal messaging).
  • Maintain high service quality and follow up with internal users to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience supporting a variety of IT technologies.
  • Knowledge of Windows servers, Active Directory & Azure, and Linux servers.
  • Familiarity with network and infrastructure technologies (firewalls, proxies, DNS).
  • Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems and a basic understanding of ITIL concepts.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and learn in a constantly evolving IT environment; demonstrate enthusiasm and curiosity for new technologies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; customer service experience and the ability to communicate complex information to various stakeholders.
