What you’ll be doing.

–    You’ll be working alongside our project teams across multi-disciplinary projects to delivery state of the art, sustainable and cost considered solutions.

–    Undertake a range of modelling and analysis, which may include but not limited to: embodied carbon of materials, circular economy opportunities, building performance simulation, operational energy use, energy generation, overheating.

–    Assist in the delivery of environmental assessments (such as BREEAM, WELL, HQM, etc) from early design stages through to completion.

What we are looking for.

–    Education to A Level or ongoing involvement in a Level 3 equivalent.

–    GCSE at Grade 5 / 6 or above in English, Maths, Physics, or Geography.

–    Enthusiasm, ambition, and creativity.

–    A team player. Our excellent teams are the basis of our great work.

–    Self-motivated and hardworking.

–    A long-term aspiration to build a career.

–    IT proficient (Microsoft Office).

–    Good time management and organisation skills.

–    A keen eye for detail.

–    Ability to learn digital engineering and modelling software including IES, 2D/3D AutoCAD and REVIT software.

–    You will have good communication skills and an enthusiasm for working within a team environment.

–    A interest in sustainability.
