Job Title: Sustainability and DE&I Manager

Location: Dublin /Hybrid working

Job type- Secondment / FTC (3 days/ week)

Benefits: 10% Non-contributory pension (matched upto a further 2%), Lunch allowance, flexitime, hybrid working.

The role

  • The Sustainability and DE&I Manager will drive the delivery of the SLIDAC's sustainability strategy including leading the DE&I sub-set of that overarching strategy.
  • Stay on top of evolving regulatory and best practice developments (and competitor activity in this field) ensuring the European Business remains compliant and relevantly positioned regarding Sustainability topics
  • Act as a sustainability SME for the European business
  • Lead delivery of key initiatives and projects across the organisation related to Sustainability topics
  • Work collaboratively across the EU and UK Business to curate and keep up to date the EU´s Sustainability strategy and reporting linked to it
  • Be the key point of contact with Sustainability Colleagues across the PHX Group, including the Sustainability Group Team and external authorities and industry associations
  • Scan regulatory, best practice an competitor activities relating to Sustainability and DE&I topics
  • Sustain relevant Sustainability Strategy for the European Business and relevant reporting to ESLT, Board and Group
  • Lead internal projects/initiatives related to Sustinabilits and DE&I
  • Lead on content for communication relating to Sustainability and DE&I topics
  • Act as the EU Point of Contact to EU and Group colleagues and external authorities/industry associations

Key output

  • Scan regulatory, best practice an competitor activities relating to Sustainability and DE&I topics
  • Sustain relevant Sustainability Strategy for the European Business and relevant reporting to ESLT, Board and Group.
  • Lead internal projects/initiatives related to Sustainability and DE&I
  • Lead on content for communication relating to Sustainability and DE&I topics
  • Chair the EU Business´ ESG Forum (quarterly)
  • Act as the EU Point of Contact to EU and Group colleagues and external authorities/industry associations

Skills required

  • candidates with proven, relevant experience in Sustainability and DE&I who can actively contribute to the team from.
  • Strong  track record of leading sustainability strategies, managing DE&I initiatives and navigating evolving regulatory landscape.
  • Be able to act as a subject matter expert, drive key projects, and collaborate effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.
