Job requirements
In this role, you will:
Be part of Squad Sweden, a small team focused on driving success in the Swedish market. Every day you’ll help customers get the most out of Nmbrs by:
- Providing support for direct Swedish customers
- Handling 2nd line support for partners
- Managing most questions via email and handling incoming calls
- Joining occasional meetings with clients and partners
- Investigating issues using the Knowledge Base, consulting internal experts, and digging into the product to find the best solution
- Collaborating closely with other teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Strengthening our self-service support by improving Knowledge Base content and in-app support
- Contributing beyond support when needed — for example by helping with events or other cross-team projects
What you bring:
- Fluent Swedish and English
- Strong written communication skills (since the majority of support is via email)
- Empathy, patience, and great social skills
- A proactive mindset and a love for problem-solving
- Flexibility and adaptability when responsibilities shift
- Interest — or knowledge — in payroll (e.g., fresh grad from a payroll-related school is very welcome)
- Team-player mindset and the ability to work independently
- Ambition to grow
What’s in it for you:
- A gross monthly salary in line with your experience
- Nmbrs is a flat organisation where you have the freedom and responsibility to contribute and make impact
- A personal coach dedicated to your personal and professional development + a yearly budget for learning
- A healthy work-life balance
- A full-time workweek = 4 days, giving you one paid personal day every week
- A modern and bright office in Stockholm where you can collaborate and have fun with colleagues
- Hybrid working: 1–2 days per week in the Stockholm office (more frequently during onboarding)
- A good pension plan
- Amazing yearly summer event with all Nmbrs offices coming together
- The opportunity to do a short-term exchange in our Lisbon or Amsterdam office for up to 4 months
