Our Contact Center is looking for a new colleague who wants to develop themselves in the Dutch world of Payroll and HR. Experience and knowledge are not required, but a healthy dose of enthusiasm and commitment is. In this Traineeship we offer you all training and tools to develop into a real HR & Payroll Hero. In this role you will:

  • Learn more about the Dutch salary system and get access to certified training in payroll administration;
  • Handle the questions of Dutch customers about our Payroll & HR software;
  • Find the best solutions for customers by using our knowledge base, conducting your own research, and seeking advice from our experts;
  • Connect internally with different teams to serve the customer as well as possible;
  • Enable our customers to find solutions themselves by improving our knowledge base and in-app support;
  • Work with Zendesk, Slack, WalkMe and Jira.

Job requirements

What you bring:

  • Dutch is your native language;
  • You speak fluent English;
  • Experience in customer contact is a plus;
  • You have HBO work and thinking level or equivalent practical experience;
  • You are interested in a career in Dutch Payroll & HR;
  • You are empathic, patient, and have strong communication skills;
  • Problem-solving mindset;
  • Enthusiasm for answering calls and helping customers;
  • You enjoy working together towards a common goal and are independent;
  • You are available full-time. At Nmbrs, full-time means 32 hours.
