As our Supply Chain Specialist, you will play a key role in adding value by taking ownership of executing supply chain strategies and activities that align with our business objectives.

Key responsibilities

As our Supply Chain Specialist, you will ensure the accurate and timely completion of all administrative tasks. Additionally, you will coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Oversee product cost management, including cost calculation and effective cost control.
• Assist in sourcing new vendors, conducting thorough evaluations, and providing recommendations based on cost and performance.
• Manage vendor relationships, support the development of a vendor management system, and drive performance improvements.
• Place orders with vendors in alignment with pricing and volume division strategies.
• Identify potential risks for new products and collaborate with relevant departments to establish contingency plans and minimize production risks.
• Optimize production processes by analyzing vendor methods to enhance delivery reliability and reduce lead times.
• Contribute to specific business projects, processes, and initiatives within the organization.

Your profile

We expect that you hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Ideally, you have some years of experience in a global company. You should possess strong time management skills and a proficiency in data analysis. Your attention to detail, follow-up skills and adherence to processes are second nature to you. Given the need to collaborate with various stakeholders, excellent communication skills are essential. You thrive as a results-driven team player with a proactive attitude.

Your computer skills, particularly in Excel, are highly proficient. Fluency in both written and spoken English is important.
