Your territory
As part of our Operations team, you will:
- Manage Amazon Seller Central operations and ensure smooth FBA shipments and restocking across multiple regions
- Coordinate and oversee global logistics flows from Asia to the EU, US, UK, and Canada, including customs handling and documentation
- Take ownership of warehouse restocking and inventory planning to keep products available where our customers need them
- Communicate confidently with internal teams, external partners, freight forwarders, and fulfillment centers
- Continuously identify ways to improve and automate processes across the supply chain and logistics
- Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
- Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level
Your profile
Key requirements:
- Strong background in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central operations (FBA/FBM)
- Knowledge of customs and international trade processes
- Solid understanding of warehouse and inventory management
- Excellent English skills
- German skills are a plus
- Valid Austrian work permit
