Scope and Purpose
Assist team leaders in the negotiation and execution of structured finance transactions Provide analytical and modelling support to deal team members in transactions Contribute to the credit, financial, market and technical analysis, undertake the administrative/internal process (internal rating, pricing, KYC, etc.) and support the team during the credit process Contribute to producing credit applications and engagement committee papers Work with various other product teams, such as syndications, DCM, derivatives, etc for joint origination and cross-selling purposes Support in the management/monitoring of a portfolio of structured finance assets.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge
Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, management, accounting or engineering Background in credit analysis and financial modelling Proficient with MS Office Suite including MS Word, Excel, Power Point Strong credit, analytical and financial modelling skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to deal with a wide variety of internal and external counterparts Ability to analyse and conduct due diligence of transactions, plus identify industry/market trends Team-oriented personality
