What you’ll do

• Provide technical leadership by constantly improving the system technical capabilities and technology stack.
• Identify architectural improvements in the existing code base.
• Build software that resolves real life loans-related problems for a high number of customers and impacting millions of end-users.
• Deal with complex calculations which require a high degree of logical thinking on top of technical skills.
• Lead feature delivery from design to planning, implementation and deployment.
• Offer guidance and mentoring to engineers.

What you’ll bring

• 7+ years hands-on engineering experience (advantage).
• Experience leading a design and implementation of the high throughput distributed business application in the capacity of the team lead or lead engineer.
• Expertise in modern product management techniques, including product planning, product discovery and development.
• Experience in mentoring engineers
• Strong skills in collaboration, in particular stakeholder management.
• Experiencewith writing tests (i.e.: integration tests, end-to-end tests and so on).
