Sports Marketing Sales Representative

This is a remote position.

Monday - Friday EST anytime between 8am and 7pm EST for 20 hours a week. (8pm - 7am Manila Time)

Scope

• Make approximately 4,000 outreach calls over 6-month period
• Target brands in US, Indonesia, Philippines, India, Singapore, and Ireland.
• Set approximately 75 qualified sales appointments for leadership
• High Potential for extended engagement if the initial period is successful
• Focused on brands and agencies as potential clients
• Global reach across major sports entities, teams, leagues, and governing bodies of sport
• Targeting senior marketing roles like CMOs, VPs of Marketing, and sometimes even CEOs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 30-40 cold calls per day to potential clients in the Brand / Agency / Sports Marketing Industry
• Research prospects at Brand / Agencies and identify key marketing decision makers to contact
• Follow provided call scripts and sales processes
• Proactively call leads using a provided dialer system
• Set appointments for Sales Representative
• Perform initial qualification of prospects over the phone
• Determine prospect interest and potential fit
• Send follow-up emails from LinkedIn Account
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM
• Collaborate daily with Sales Director for  smooth transition of qualified leads
• Handle objections and provide information clearly and concisely
• Stay updated on company’s offerings and market trends
• Provide Daily updates via email & Attend weekly meetings to discuss progress and get coaching

Requirements

• Prior experience in Marketing (Sports OR Entertainment Marketing preferred) Advertising, appointment setting, or related fields
• Strong research abilities to source accurate contact information
• Ability to build rapport and handle objections professionally
• Keen interest and knowledge of Sports, especially Soccer / Global Football, Formula 1, Golf, and / or Sailing.
• Strong communication and articulation skills
• Ability to speak fluently in English
• Good understanding of Sports, Entertainment Marketing AND / OR Brand Advertising as general knowledge
• Willingness to work under direct supervision and follow set processes
• Willingness to learn about client’s specific offerings
• $200 bonus per deal​
