Job Description

As a Social Media Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of showcasing our client’s groundbreaking projects to the world. You’ll develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies, transforming visually appealing content into engaging posts that capture the essence of our client’s innovative work. This role offers a unique blend of creativity and strategy, allowing you to work with cutting-edge technology and interactive experiences while growing the studio’s online presence and attracting new clients.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute a robust social media strategy across multiple platforms

• Transform project content into captivating social media posts

• Manage posting schedules and engage with the online community

• Analyze metrics to optimize content and posting times

• Collaborate with the team to gather project information and assets

• Create and edit social media-specific images and short videos

• Deliver regular performance reports and growth insights

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Social Media Specialist, ideally in tech or creative fields

• Strong grasp of major social media platforms and their best practices

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proficiency in image and video editing software

• Self-motivated with strong time management skills

• Experience with social media analytics tools

• Creative mindset with an eye for visually striking content

• Ability to adapt to existing project management tools (e.g., Trello)

• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with a New Zealand-based team
