**Schedule:
Flexible 20 hours a week
Timezone: Brooklyn, New York.
Responsibilities**
- Manage and grow the studio’s presence on various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
- Select and curate high-quality photos and videos for social media posts
- Create engaging captions and use appropriate hashtags to increase reach
- Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy aligned with the studio’s brand
- Monitor social media trends in the wedding photography industry and adapt strategies accordingly
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage direct messages
- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular performance reports
- Collaborate with the Executive Assistant to ensure timely access to new content
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in the photography or wedding industry
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices
- Excellent eye for visual aesthetics and ability to curate engaging content
- Basic photo and video editing skills
- Strong written communication skills for crafting engaging captions
- Analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and adjust strategies
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with social media management tools
