Your territory

As part of our Marketing team, you will:

• Own Tractive’s organic social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, and more - driving engagement and growth from start to finish
• Develop and manage the content calendar, planning monthly content in alignment with the wider marketing strategy
• Plan, create and publish compelling content in collaboration with our design team, ensuring it resonates with pet owners and reflects our brand voice
• Monitor performance, analyze results and use insights to optimize content and inform strategy
• Engage with our community, responding to trends and feedback to strengthen relationships with pet parents worldwide
• Proactively bring creative ideas to life, experimenting with formats and concepts that make our social channels stand out
• Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
• Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level

Your profile

Key requirements:

• Proven experience managing organic social media across multiple social channels
• Strong content creation skills– including copywriting, short-form video and basic design
• Experience planning and executing a content calendar
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and turn insights into action
• Independent, proactive and creative - with a deep understanding of pet owners and online communities (owning a pet is a plus)
• Very good English skills
• Valid Austrian work permit
