Small Business Relationship Manager

Main responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact between the Bank and a specific group of clients defined as “Small Business Clients”, perform all activities to develop the business while maintaining a portfolio in accordance with the bank's policies and procedures; generate business in order to achieve the individual budget, according to pre-set KPIs.

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of work experience in the banking sector, preferably in commercial branch roles and similar roles in client portfolio management.
• Degree in Economics/Finance.
• Fluent English.
• Knowledge of Italian is preferred.

Skills:

• Good knowledge of companies' Financial Statements.
• Ability to interact effectively with people and to work independently as well as in a team.
• Very strong communication skills.
