As a Website Developer (remote) with a focus on Shopify, you’ll play a pivotal role in building websites that meet our clients’ needs and exceed their expectations. Whether it’s building a website from scratch or optimising performance to increase conversions, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects. In addition to your expertise in Shopify development, experience with WordPress is a bonus. You’ll collaborate closely with our clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions that drive business growth.

• Build websites using Shopify, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and user-friendliness.
• Collaborate with our designers and strategy team to understand our client requirements and translate them into effective digital solutions.
• Optimise website performance to increase conversions and drive business growth.
• Work closely with our design team to ensure that websites are visually appealing and aligned with our clients’ brand identities.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic.
• Integrate third-party services and tools to enhance website functionality and user experience.
• Test and debug websites to ensure optimal performance across different devices and browsers.
• Document development processes and provide training and support to account managers as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development to ensure that our solutions remain innovative and competitive.

your skills:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Shopify Developer.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid.
• Strong grasp of responsive web design techniques.
• Understanding of SEO principles and implementation.
• Experience in user experience and user interface design.
• Extensive knowledge of web development strategies.
• Understanding of the Tailwind CSS framework.
• Understanding of server-side technologies (like PHP and Node.js).
• Experience with integrating third-party services.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
