About the Team
Builder tools is dedicated to revolutionizing the builder experience in Mambu. We focus on automating infrastructure and enhancing developer experience, ensuring that internal “builders” have a seamless, efficient, and enjoyable journey from concept to deployment. Our mission is to streamline development processes, integrate cutting-edge automation tools, and create a robust, developer-friendly environment. To continue our success story we are looking for a Service Reliability Engineer to build, operate and improve highly available, performant, scalable, cost-effective, reliable and secure Mambu Cloud Platform using best in class tools and technologies.
What you’ll do
- Participate in infrastructure automation initiatives and continuously improve delivery pipelines
- Own and operate application and infrastructure powering CI/CD pipelines
- Configure and monitor applications’ deployment
- Define and implement processes of delivering changes to production for all Mambu capabilities
- Continuously streamline and further improve these processes
- Gather required metrics and audit trails for compliance reporting
What you’ll bring
- Solid knowledge of at least one public cloud provider
- Extensive experience with continuous deployments with various deployment strategies (blue/green, canary, etc)
- Extensive experience with continuous integration practices and understanding of CI systems
- Good understanding of deployment strategies and tools used for Kubernetes, including Helm, Kustomize and the GitOps approach
- Good understanding about containers, container orchestration and the ecosystem around them
- Software development building and testing skills (Java, Python, Go, or others)
- Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in Infrastructure as Code

The base salary for this position is €3.800 gross (before taxes) monthly. This is a full-time equivalent target rate for Lithuania only. Actual rate offered will vary depending on the nature of the role and the breadth of skills and expertise the candidate brings to the role relative to existing Mambuvians.
