We are on the search for an experienced SEO Manager to join our team of digital experts. We have a thriving SEO department that is dedicated to helping both our clients and employees grow. We work across a number of different verticals with a mixed client base. We’re looking for a data-driven, expert-level SEO Manager to deliver exceptional content and technical strategies against the client’s goals and objectives.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Be a team player that will boost the collective knowledge of the department and have a hunger to always be at the forefront of the SEO industry
- Be responsible for setting up, preparing and the delivery of regular client status meetings and reports
- Identify opportunities for our clients regarding rankings, traffic and on-page engagement
- Support in providing strategic direction on named client brands, managing all aspects of client campaigns including account management and attending weekly calls and meetings
- Develop client relationships by acting as a partner and having a deep understanding of their business and its challenges
- Help with new business including data gathering, projections, deck development, and pitching
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages
- Executing and managing strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals - general and keyword specific
- Developing and implementing link-building campaigns
- Monitoring and evaluating web analytics dashboards and reports in order to develop and recommend SEO strategies
- Building trusting relationships with your clients via general client services such as responding to client emails, regular reporting comms, meetings and calls
- Managing timelines, expectations and deliverables to ensure projects are on-time and within budget
- Managing your direct teams’ workload as well as their training and development as SEOs
- Recommending and prioritising fixes for technical issues that will impact organic performance and being able to explain clearly why you have undertaken certain technical SEO tasks and be able to report on their effectiveness.
- Identifying opportunities that will affect the wider SEO team (Algo updates, changes to SERPs, new tools, etc.)
- Identifying opportunities to involve other departments (including design, development and content) and threats that may impact their work
- Sharing your technical knowledge with other members of the SEO team, working collaboratively to solve problems and test solutions, and advising on client strategies

YOUR PLACE IN THE AGENCY AND KEY RELATIONSHIPS
- Report to the SEO Director
- Working with the rest of the SEO department and Account Management department, as well as partnering with the PPC division on certain client accounts
- Supporting the SEO Director and Head of SEO
The package
- Salary: £32k - £40k DOE
- Annual Leave: 28 days (ex., Bank Holidays) plus Birthdays, Charity day and between Christmas and NY.
