Signifyd is looking for an SEO and CRO expert to own our website demand strategy and analyze search engine and landing page conversion results to identify improvement and expansion opportunities across our North American digital properties. The person in this role will be responsible for managing SEO activities, such as technical optimization, keyword strategy, as well as content and link building to increase organic Search rankings and drive Search traffic. Additionally, they will be responsible for analyzing traffic from both paid and organic sources to optimize site and pipeline conversions, and total monthly active users. We want someone who understands our market position, how it relates to user behavior, and the key channels and queries most likely to be searched by our target demographic.

The Senior Website Marketing Manager should stay up-to-date with the latest industry best practices and work closely with the content, demand and other marketing teams to develop successful organic search and CRO strategies, and collaborate on keyword strategy with Signifyd’s SEM agency. The person in this role will report into the Director of Growth Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Define the KPIs for SEO, CRO and website performance, and own the strategy to improve quarterly performance and resulting pipeline
  • Lead strategic SEO efforts while working directly with with content authors and web developers
  • Provide keyword research (including short and long-tail as appropriate), content planning, and related internal SEO lead work
  • Provide page and site health analyses, ensuring we are using technical SEO/CRO best practices
  • Provide technical assistance with GTM, Google Analytics and other tool setup, configuration, campaign optimization, maintenance, improvement and training
  • Research competitor content, links and referrals for insights and opportunities
  • Create documentation on best practices for content creators
  • Coordinate with our current CRO consultant on the latest experiments and findings
  • Manage and communicate SEO/CRO roadmaps and plans
  • Assist with fine-tuning landing page copy, page migrations, redirects, and other site activities as needed
  • Optimize all forms and lead capture opportunities to drive an increase in conversion rate
  • Develop hypotheses and propose A/B tests that align to the designated project roadmap and team priorities
  • Analyze keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors to help us gain a competitive advantage
  • Drive the Signifyd link building strategy

Required Qualifications

  • At least four years of experience in technical SEO/CRO, either in-house or agency
  • Mastery of Google Analytics and reporting
  • Expert at SEO principles + conversion rate tactics and best practices
  • Experience optimizing web pages to provide engaging user experiences, resulting in greater conversions, site binging, reduced bounce rate, etc.
  • Knowledge of paid marketing channels including: paid social, paid search, and display
  • Superb analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Advanced experience with tools such as MOZ, SEMrush, GA, and general experience with observation tools like Hotjar, CrazyEgg, LogRocket, etc.
  • Comprehension of sitemap functionality, deployment, and its SEO relevance
  • Ability to communicate technical information and concepts to both non-technical and technical audiences
  • Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

  • Extensive experience with SEO and CRO for B2B SAAS companies
  • Bonus points for having an ecommerce background
  • Experience with A/B testing and UX
  • Design and/or website creative talents (show us your portfolio, if you have one)
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript
  • Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS

The annual US base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $143,750 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
