At DNSFilter we have a singular mission: to challenge the way the industry thinks about security via DNS. We support over 14,000 organizations, including Fortune 500 customers like NVIDIA, and Lenovo, and provide DNS security to more than 4 million end users. And we are growing quickly! At the start of 2020, our software was processing 1B queries/day. As we close out 2021 we’re now processing an average of 17B queries/day! In the middle of a global pandemic, our team (and product) thrived. We doubled the size of our team, and we’re looking to do it all over again in 2022.

To help realize our product vision and sustain our growth, we are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to design the overall functionality of the product, ensure a great user experience, and iterate upon it in accordance with user-testing.

  • Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
  • Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
  • Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate on designs.
  • Articulate ideas through design to generate high-quality, qualitative feedback.
  • Define UX and UI requirements to execute a consistent experience across touchpoints.
  • Lead continuous improvement of our design system.
  • Assist in leading the evolution of our discovery, research and design disciplines within the UX practice.

You have:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in UX and/or product design
  • Bachelor’s degree in design, computer science, information sciences, human factors and or HCI preferred. Master's degree a plus.
