You’ll form part of the Riverr development team, working on a diverse set of unique and challenging projects that allow users to seamlessly interact with technology.
You will work alongside an enthusiastic, creative, technical team who have worked at the pinnacle of their craft.
You will be working on a full spectrum of projects, from high-end clients that are household names, alongside creative startups looking to disrupt through technical innovation, to internal projects aimed at making the world a better place (most recently focussed on how technology can revolutionise the way that food banks make the very most of their resources) - no two days will be the same.
You will work alongside an enthusiastic, creative, technical team who are not afraid to push boundaries and get out of their comfort zones.
Experience and skill set
At Riverr, we thrive on team collaboration, growth and breaking boundaries in quality.
Experience in CMS: Wordpress, Drupal, Sitecore and Headless
Experience with Big tech builds and end to end delivery that includes integrations (CRM, eCommerce)
A good ability to bridge the gap between development and the client
BA style experience and skill set (running a workshop, creating backlog)
Ability to problem solve under pressure
- 3 years+ of experience in technical project management or related field.
Building strong and trust-based relationships both with your team, the client and any external parties.
Being passionate about, and maintaining a healthy and active interest in the relevant technology solutions, alongside the latest web and software development methodologies and standards.
Daily Management and coordination of all technical and logistical aspects of a project including timelines, risks, risk mitigation strategies, action items and change requests.
Leading and co-ordinating the scoping, technical requirements gathering, estimating and planning for single or multiple projects or work streams
Translating scope and requirements of a technical nature to wider stakeholders of all levels
Act as a liaison with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
- Proactively identifying problems, creating solutions and implementing improvements with a careful, balanced, and human approach.
