We pleased to announce an exciting new career opportunity for a Senior Supplier Change Manager as part of the AM COO Commercial Partnerships team within the Asset Management function. This is a key role in the team, where you will have full ownership for prioritising and coordinating change between Phoenix Group and its key suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and proactively manage Phoenix’s books of change with key suppliers, using robust governance and controls to ensure projects are delivered on-time, on-budget and to a high quality
  • Active engagement with internal senior stakeholders to understand Phoenix Group strategic change landscape, against backdrop of existing priorities and deliverables
  • Own effective communication with supplier counterparts across pipeline, prioritisation, change performance, monitoring capacity and ability to meet change demands
  • Drive consistency and efficiencies in MI reporting including tracking and management of supplier performance, emerging risks and costs
  • Build strong relationships with supplier, working together to manage and govern all aspects of change to help Phoenix Group deliver their growth ambitions and strategic objectives
  • Constantly optimise the change process, refining methods and tools used to drive change efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Ensure that suppliers meet contractual service standards and that service improvement plans exist, delivering the required benefits to Phoenix Group in line with agreed priorities and business outcomes

What We’re Ideally Looking For

Experience & Personal Attributes

  • Change / project management professional with experience in managing projects including application of robust governance standards and best in class change methodologies
  • Proven ability to proactively influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to drive the right business outcomes
  • Ability to identify areas for continuous improvement, keen to share new ideas and working collaboratively with suppliers to deliver optimal change performance
  • Proactive and delivery focused, with the ability to deliver strong results with a challenging but positive influential style
