What you will do
You will plan, direct, control, and manage the activities involved with the negotiation, preparation, and execution of programs and services for our US government clients to ensure that fulfillment of all contractual and program requirements are met.
Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, procedures, and guidelines for executing projects.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships by partnering with our government client and understanding their needs.
- Act as primary liaison with client on operational project matters including meeting all contract deliverables.
- Recommend contract and proposal navigation path to improve sales potential and reduce sales cycles.
- Act as strategic advisor; coordinate with internal and external team members on client goals and business objectives.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain technical and business integrity of program.
- Establish program oversight and reporting processes and systems.
- Propose solutions for improving or optimizing processes, programs and procedures.
- Create strong working relationships across all accounts by understanding each client’s unique needs and providing best-in-class client experience.
- Drive client adoption of Clearspeed solutions.
- Be an effective trainer and provide ongoing consultation on best practices and effective workflows.
- Proactively use client management tools to track client activities, project tasks and communication.
- Perform additional related duties as required.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 8 years of professional experience managing programs. PMP certification is a plus.
- Must have experience working with US federal agencies and DHS entities.
- Proven experience navigating the government contract and proposal creation and submission process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and project management within the public sector industry.
- Experience with investigations or the intelligence cycle is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels.
- Customer focused, must be able to work on a self-initiated basis and in a team environment.
- Must meet eligibility requirements for US Government security clearance. *Must be a US citizen and eligible for a US Government security clearance.*

Salary
Salary range is based on national benchmark data of comparable roles, skills and experience level. Exact compensation will be based on individual skills and experience, and location which will be assessed during the interview process.
Salary Description
Salary range: $102,000 - $192,000 per year
