Why we opened this position

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to own the full product development lifecycle for one of the key components of our product.

The main responsibilities

  • Own one of our integrations portfolio: Identify new opportunities through research, define roadmap and manage priorities, manage backlogs, process new requests, write-up stories, evaluate business value, get effort evaluations from engineering.
  • Conduct research to understand your portfolio space: run primary and secondary research and market research in collaboration with product marketing to identify the next categories of integrations, identify the main use cases and prioritize logos and enhancements accordingly
  • Build the most valuable connectors: Define requirements, be an active member of squads, manage priorities and resources, communicate status and progress with stakeholders, work closely with the squad to improve on process.
  • Monitor new integrations performance: ensure tracking is effective and build dashboards to track performance of your portfolio, collect feedback and identify improvements
  • Grow your portfolio: identify the next connectors to be prioritized to grow your portfolio based on the research you have conducted and build a backlog of integrations to be developed externally through our SDK. You’ll be in direct touch with a wide array of Partners some of our existing ones include Slack, Miro, Trello and many more!

The experience we need

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the software industry. You’ve owned the entire product lifecycle, and can develop and implement large-scale, complex applications
  • A talented communicator who has fantastic soft skills. You don’t need authority to lead.
  • A strong technical acumen, balanced by an even stronger empathy for customers and business understanding.
  • Strong experience in running market and user research to identify and prioritize new opportunities based on business impact
  • Strong spoken & written English

Other skills that will be valued

These are not requirements but will likely help you ramp up faster and succeed at Unito.

  • Have experience in VC-backed startup that grew from series A / series B and beyond
  • Have experience in the integration space (APIs, SDK, etc.)
  • Ability to communicate in French (or desire to learn!)
  • Experience with some of the tools we integrate
  • A first experience with the Unito app (you can try it for free, go check it out!)

The range:

  • Our ideal seniority level: senior (level 3 to 4 in our leveling system)
  • The corresponding salary range: $110,000 to $125,00
