Signifyd’s growing Product Management team is looking for a product manager to manage our eCommerce integration ecosystem. This role will be responsible for maintaining our existing integrations as well as interfacing with new partners to develop and launch new integrations, enabling easier and faster onboarding with Signifyd’s solutions. In this role, you will work closely with partnerships to evaluate and prioritize the integrations we invest in, manage scope and budget with our integration development partners, and work with implementations to enhance existing integrations to improve user experience. This role will be ideal for someone who is proactive, is able to think strategically and execute tactically, and enjoys autonomy.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

  • Lead successful customer rollouts of new ecommerce platform integrations
  • Drive product release process and timing including marketing/sales support
  • Prioritize and maintain a balance between on-going maintenance/bugs, new feature requests, and a need to keep e-commerce plugin integrations simple/flexible while continuously evolving with changes in technology and competitor landscape
  • Work with our development partners (spanning multiple time zones) to manage timelines, resource planning, quality, and delivery
  • Work with Signifyd partnerships and implementations to understand key requirements and prioritize requirements to build the integrations roadmap
  • Analyze data to optimize performance and usability
  • Work with cross-functional team members within product, engineering, implementation, and support to identify issues/gaps in existing ecommerce integrations and prioritise solutions for faster integration go-live
  • Provide the right level of support and direction to keep the internal and 3rd party vendor engineering teams working efficiently and aligned with the overall product strategy.
  • Consider documentation as a first-class product and maintain detailed and thorough documentation for existing and new ecommerce integrations
  • Work with marketing to build out go-to-market strategies for new integrations

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent communication skills in English (presentation, verbal, and written)
  • Excellent stakeholder management (work with multiple cross-functional teams across the company)
  • Comfortable working with APIs with prior experience in API integrations
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the eCommerce landscape and digital payments space
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of work experience in the technology sector (SaaS, e-commerce, or payments product experience would be preferred)
  • 2+ years of product management experience
  • Ability to provide execution details through product specs and user stories
  • Ability to create and manage project plans and go to market plans
  • Ability to work with remote teams and multiple time zones
  • Highly Analytical. You use data to make roadmap and prioritization decisions and are comfortable gathering it yourself, or working with others to gather it

Preferred Skills

  • Degree in a technical field
  • Prior experience with different e-commerce platforms integrations (e.g. Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud etc.)
