This specific individual contributor role is based out of our Product and Engineering hub in Wroclaw, Poland. You will be working with Bolt’s Checkout Everywhere team across the US and Europe.. You’ll need a mix of deep technical expertise and business thought leadership to excel in this role. You will work with a cross-functional group across Bolt including our engineering, partnerships, sales, marketing and operations teams to drive short term execution and long term innovation. Lastly, you need to be comfortable with moving into uncharted territories, building products and features outside of your areas of expertise.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the vision and narrative for the future of Checkout Everywhere at Bolt.
  • Translate long-term vision into clear actionable next steps for both internal and external engineering teams.
  • Influence partners in the ecommerce space to leverage on our best-in-class products that improve the experience for our shoppers and merchants.
  • Seek out customer, data, and design-driven insight and use that insight to help your team clear plans, priorities, and goals for your team.
  • Consistently deliver high-quality new products and features while improving the reliability of what already exists.
  • Set audacious goals for your area’s impact on the overall organization and regularly hit business objectives.
  • Speak the language of the engineering, design, and go-to-market functions to coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives.

What Excites Us:

  • You have 8+ years of experience as a product manager, co-founder or related technical role.
  • A clear history of delivering high-quality products in an international context.
  • You have outstanding domain knowledge in e-commerce, payments and/or fintech. Foundational understanding of technical designs and working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Data-oriented mindset and customer-obsessed curiosity.
  • Ability to wear multiple hats and operate in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.

Requirements

  • Deep leadership experience to motivate and bring teams together around an integrated plan in a pioneering and complex business area.
  • Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.
  • Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction.
  • Great analytical skills and ability to quickly digest and organize complex information.
  • Excellent communication skills for complex product, engineering, and design ideas.
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Located in Poland with the ability to travel as needed to our office in Wroclaw
