Purpose of Position

Our Product Team is looking for a hard-working, passionate, and dedicated colleague to join them and build world-class products to move the performance marketing industry forward.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will Conduct data-informed strategic product discoveries to assess which problems are worth solving and effective solutions worth building. This involves playing a pivotal role working with agile development teams, business stakeholders,  designers, localisation specialists to build high-quality products.

Key Tasks

  • Transform ideas into product solutions and recommend their priority in the roadmap
  • Define Minimum Marketable Features by working closely with clients, business stakeholders and developers
  • Work with Designers and the UX team to create easy, pleasant to use functionality and great UIs
  • Daily monitoring of tech blogs to keep track of tech news, trends and ideas
  • Able to lead projects with large and complex scope
  • Stakeholder management

Skills & Expertise

  • You have 5+ years of experience working in product/project/programme management and you have a proven track record of successful projects
  • You are comfortable with web and digital technologies
  • You love to have a high level of autonomy
  • You are data driven and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • You are great at communicating and managing stakeholders, aswell as able to work harmoniously and effectively in a cross-functional team
  • You are able to identify, review, manage and escalate risks and issues
  • You are a strategic thinker who can grasp the “big picture” to optimise delivery of their part of the overall plan
  • Experience working on affiliate marketing or online advertising is a plus
