Senior Producer

Our Production team is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Producer who’s excited to lead our Work-For-Hire and co-development projectswith our top tiers partners. As a Senior Producer, you’ll partner directly with major external studios to build unforgettable AAA experiences together. You’ll oversee projects at various stages of development, ensuring we deliver high-quality work that aligns with both the client’s expectations and industry standards. Your ability to nurture strong relationships and guide multidisciplinary internal teams will be at the core of your success.

In this role you will :

• Act as our client’s main point of contact, drive clear communication, and ensure expectations stay aligned from start to finish.
• Lead multidisciplinary internal teams working on a variety of mandates.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, each with its own world, workflows, and challenges.
• Identify risks proactively and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure smooth development for both your internal and your external stakeholders.
• Oversee budgets, resources, and scope to ensure profitability and production excellence across all active projects.
• Help refine how we deliver co-dev projects by improving tools, processes, communication frameworks, and production practices that benefit our entire client portfolio.

What we're looking for:

• Expertise in managing multiple cross-discipline teams and a minimum of 5+ years as a Producer.
• Demonstrated experience in managing published AAA games for PC/Console and on co-development projects.
• Experience of leading multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in developing processes and procedures for gaming production.
