Senior/Principal Analyst (m/f) in Treasury and ALM
ALM Office (workplace Zagreb)
We are looking for a motivated and analytically strong person who wants to build a career in the field of bank asset-liability management (ALM). If you are interested in data analysis, financial mathematics, interest rate and liquidity risk management and pricing of banking products, this is an ideal opportunity for you.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze the balance sheet structure and monitor the movement of key ALM indicators
- Prepare estimates of interest rate and liquidity risk exposures
- Participate in the process of product pricing (break-even price of loans and deposits)
- Prepare reports, analyses and presentations for management, the parent bank and internal needs
- Work with large data sets and develop advanced analytical solutions
Candidates must meet the following formal requirements:
- University degree (economics, science, engineering or other technical faculty)
- 2–3 years of work experience in the financial sector or in analytical roles
- Excellent knowledge of English language, both spoken and written
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas) and the entire MS Office suite (PPT, Word)
- Preferred experience with SAS, SQL, databases
