As part of the Premises Workplace Team you will shape the physical office design throughout the Phoenix property portfolio based on hybrid working principles, produce presentations, briefing documents and concept design packs for internal stakeholders and steering groups for review, discussion and feedback. Lead consultation workshops with colleagues, leaders and key stakeholders. This is a great opportunity to bring together and influence stakeholders and effectively manage to achieve the desired outcome which aligns with the property strategy while supporting the overarching business strategy.

You will be responsible for collating briefing information and leading consultants from concept design to site delivery by anticipating business requirements, leading refurbishment projects, furniture installations, restacks in line with business requirements and balance functions requests while delivering continuous improvements and upgrades.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a self-sufficient, proactive individual with commercial office design and workplace consultancy experience, ideally on the client side.

The successful candidate has the aspiration to push the boundaries in creative office interior design in line with the latest workplace trends, able to influence stakeholders to shape briefs, compile feasibility documents, analyse complex utilisation data to create supporting documnets and align the approach with the business strategy while delivering the agreed property strategy.

We are committed to ensuring that everyone feels accepted and welcome applicants from all backgrounds. If your experience looks different from what we’ve advertised and you believe that you can bring value to the role, we’d love to hear from you.

If you require any adjustments to the recruitment process, please let us know so we can help you to be at your best.
